Processing Time
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link, which may take up to 48 hours to update. If you do not see the shipping confirmation email in your inbox after 1 business day, please double check your spam or promotions folder.International delivery time is 7-10 days
Courier options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for any delays caused by carriers.
Please note that if the address provided is inaccurate or incomplete, or if your order contains unverified details, there may be a processing delay of 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information before checking out to ensure that any possible delays are avoided.
Taxes on International Shipping
If you are shipping to countries outside the United States, your order may incur import duties and taxes.
Any rejected international packages (including Canada) will be subject to a restocking fee of 30% of the total order amount.
Please note that the carrier may pay any duties and taxes on your behalf as soon as the goods enter the country. This simple process ensures that the courier is able to deliver your package in the shortest possible transit time. In some cases, you may receive an invoice from them after the goods have been delivered, which contains the fees they paid on your behalf at the destination, as well as a small administration fee. As we are unable to advise the amount of these charges, we recommend that you contact your country’s customs or tax agent to find out the appropriate fees and rates for importing hair products.
Automatic Returns and Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address is entered. If you would like to change the delivery address, please write to us at support@ensotoupee.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so as the time limits within which we are able to do so vary. If our team is too late to cancel your order, you can return it to us after receiving it.The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package is returned to us. If the package is indeed returned to our warehouse, we can either ship it to the correct address or provide you with a refund.
All international automatic returns will be subject to a 30% restocking fee for a refund.
If the package is returned to sender, there will be a $8.95 shipping fee ($13.85 for international orders) to reship.
